The artifact options aren't working. Could you please check if everything is correct? Or maybe I've installed the software incorrectly? The patch and other things work, but the artifact options aren't, which are grayed out.
Have you added the corresponding source (image file) or archive of the mobile device filesystem in "Evidence sources"?

in the first version of the patch the artifacts did not work, in the latest version that you can download from the second link the artifacts work

Hi @doppiamunnezza ... there is an update from 9.4.0 to 9.4.1 which should fix the problem with portable cases !
Thanks a ton sir. The patch works with this version too? To be totally rigorous the portable case was created but required an incredible amount of time, like 2 or 3 DAYS on little cases
I tried updating and using latest version of patch, it works on every file except this: "..\AXIOM Process\Magnet.Analytics.GoogleAnalytics.dll". It give an "access denied error" that i was not able to bypass, i tried executing patch as system, as trusted installer, i copied axiom folders on a secondary disk and tried to use the patch against that copied dirs (so no process could be locking the dll) but i keep receiving the same error

That file isn't very useful for Axiom's operation; the patch prevents Google Analytics from starting.
