Hallo. For v3349, you may want to mod the exe by changing the 5 bytes at 160E3h from 25 FF 03 00 00 to B0 02 90 90 90. This is not my work, it is only an adaptation of work from others. It seems ok.
For idxmgr, I don't use it. If you want to, try to change the 6 bytes at 4D436h from 0F 88 12 0D 00 00 to E9 13 0D 00 00 90. Maybe will work, maybe not, I don't know. Share the results if you want. HTH,

Does this also patch index manager? Index manager EXE seems to load msimg32.dll, so likely...

Yes patches everything the msimg32.dll is the proxy hijacking dll

Thx. Just FYI. Deleting the regkey.xml, and then loading the app EXE causes a reset (rebuild of the regkey.xml file) allowing another 30 days of the Pro trial option.
