Good morning, AXIOM v990.46675 isn't working. When acquiring evidence on a mobile device, I get this message: "User turned off." The full backup option on the device closes, and then nothing happens. Has anyone else experienced this or know how to fix it? I'm not sure if it's a program error or something else.
