GUI version of a CLI POC I wrote to launch multiple instances of a WINPE file.

Details:
PE architecture MUST match between my app and the WINPE file being loaded.
Drag/drop capability is in place, but desktop links DO NOT WORK!
Browse button option available.
Re-launch last button available.

Note:
If you find a WINPE that fails to load multiple times, pls let me know.
